RESOLUTION 09-96
APPROVAL OF AN INGRESS EGRESS EASEMENT WITH THE WAUKEE
COMMUNITY SCHOOL DISTRICT
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State oflowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,a site plan for the Waukee Elementary School located at 850 6th Street
including parking Lots and Driveways was approved by the City Council on April 20,
2009;AND,
WHEREAS,in order to proceed with the project,an ingress/egress easement must be
executed between the City and Waukee Community School District.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa on this the 20th day of April 2009 that the IngresslEgress Easement with Waukee
Community School District be approved.
