RESOLUTION 09-97
APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR WAUKEE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved the Site Plan for
Waukee Elementary School on April 14,2009;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for Waukee Elementary School is in general conformance with §304
-Site Plan Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on
this 20th day of April 2009 that the Site Plan for Waukee Elementary School is approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Waukee does hereby accept the following
additional easements to be filed with Dallas County,Iowa subject to final review and approval
by the City Attorney:
1.Easement for Public Utility;
2.Easement for Public Sanitary Sewer;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to file the
easements related to the site plan of Waukee Elementary School,as well as any other documents
related thereto,with the Dallas County Recorder.
