A RESOLUTION MAKING A WARD OF INSTALLATION AND FIRST YEAR
MAINTENANCE QUOTE
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE OF W Aill<EE,row A:
That the following quote for the installation and first year maintenance of certain public
improvements described in general as the 2009 University Avenue Median Landscaping Project,
described in the plans and specifications heretofore adopted by this City Council on April 6th,
2009,be and is hereby accepted,the same being the lowest responsible quote received for such
work,as follows:
Contractor:AlCarey Landscape of Waukee
Amount of quote:$28,571.99
PASSED AND APPROVED,this 6th day of April,2009.
