RESOLUTION APPROVING CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT AND
BOND
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE OF WAUKEE,IOWA:
That the construction contract and bond executed and insurance coverage for the
construction of certain public improvements described in general as 105th Street /Alice's
Road from Wendover Road to Ashworth Road,and as described in detail in the plans and
specifications heretofore approved,and which have been signed by the Mayor and Clerk
on behalf of Department of Transportation pursuant to the joint agreement with the City
be and the same are hereby approved as fol1ows:
Contractor:Elder Corporation of Des Moines,IA
Date of contract:April 20,2009
Bond surety:Merchants Bonding Company (Mutual)
Date of bond:April 20,2009
Portion of project:Al1 construction work
PASSED AND APPROVED,this 4th day of May,2009.
