RESOLUTION APPROVING CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT AND
BOND
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,
IOWA:
That the construction contract and bond executed and insurance coverage for the
construction of certain public improvements described in general as 105th Street /Alice's
Road Overpass over Interstate 80,and as described in detail in the plans and
specifications heretofore approved,and which have been signed by the Mayor and Clerk
on behalf of Department of Transportation pursuant to the joint agreement with the City
be and the same are hereby approved as follows:
Contractor:Jensen Construction Co.of Des Moines,IA
Date of contract:April 20,2009
Bond surety:Continental Casualty Company
Date ofbond:April 21,2009
Portion of project:All Construction Work
PASSED AND APPROVED,this 4th day of May,2009.
