RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT AND BOND
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,
IOWA:
That the construction contract and bond executed for the South Area Trunk Sewer,
Waukee,Iowa,as described in the plans and specifications and which have been signed
by the Mayor and Clerk on behalf of the City and proof of insurance coverage be and the
same are hereby approved as follows:
Contractor:S.M.Hentges &Sons,Inc.of Jordan,MN
Date of contract:Janmuy 5,2009
Bond surety:Liberty Mutual Insmance Company
Date of Bond:Janumy 12,2009
Portion of Project:All Construction Work.
PASSED AND APPROVED,this 5th day of January,2009.
