RESOLUTION 09-23
APPROVING THE APPOINTMENT OF A CITIZEN MEMBER TO THE
UTILITIES COMMITTEE FOR A TERM TO END DECEMBER 31,2011
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,Utilities Committee member Marvin Berger does not wish to continue as a member
of that committee;AND,
WHEREAS,the mayor shall appoint or reappoint citizen members to the City's various boards,
commissions and committees;AND,
WHEREAS,Mayor William Peard appoints Nick De Rocher to the Utilities Committee;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on
this 191h day of January 2009 that it hereby approves the appointment of Nick DeRocher to the
Utilities Committee for a term to end December 31,20 II.
