RESOLUTION 09-22
RESOLUTION APPROVING VEENSTRA &KIMM,INC.FOR ENGINEERING
SERVICES REGARDING THE PREPARATION OF PLATS,SCHEDULES,
ESTIMATES OF COST,PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND TO SUPERVISE
CONSTRUCTION FOR THE 2008 SIDEWALK PROGRAM
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORlTY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee desires to move forward with the assessment proceedings in
connection with the 2008 sidewalk program;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee has requested Veenstra and Kimm,Inc.to provide professional
services on the project.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this
19th day of January,2008 that it hereby approves Veenstra and Kimm,Inc.for engineering
services regarding the preparation of plats,schedules,estimates of cost,plans and specifications
and to supervise construction for the 2008 sidewalk program.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved this the 19th day of
January 2009.
