RESOLUTION 09-32
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR
WAUKEE SOUTH MIDDLE SCHOOL
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,Waukee Community School District (the "Developer")has requested final
approval of Waukee South Middle School (the "Plat");AND
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved the Final Plat for
Waukee South Middle School on January 13,2009;AND,
WHEREAS,public improvements associated with the Plat have not yet been constructed,
however,the Developer has entered into an Agreement to Complete related to the public
improvements;AND,
WHEREAS,the Final Plat for Waukee South Middle School is in general conformance with
section §303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on
this 2nd day of February 2009 that the Final Plat for Waukee South Middle School be and the
same is hereby accepted and approved by the City Council of the City of Waukee.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Waukee does hereby accept the following
additional easements to be filed with the Plat subj ect to final review and approval by the City
Attorney:

Easement for Public Utility;
Easement for Public Sanitary Sewer;
Easement for Surface Water Flowage;
Easement for Detention Basin;
Easement for Public Trail.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Waukee does hereby accept the Agreement to
Complete Public Improvements.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to file the
final plat of Waukee South Middle School,as well as any other documents related thereto,with
the Dallas County Recorder.
