RESOLUTION ORDERING DETAILED PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee arranged for engineering services to prepare the plats,
schedules,estimates of cost,plans and specifications of the public improvement projects
undertaken in accordance with the 2008 Sidewalk Improvements Program;AND,
WHEREAS,Veenstra and Kimm,Inc.,has submitted preliminary plans and specifications,
estimated total cost of the work,and a plat and schedule and filed the same with the Clerk,and
the same have been adopted;AND,
WHEREAS,the City Council of the City of Waukee in accordance with §382.52 may order the
preparation of detailed plans and specifications by the City Engineer after the adoption of the
resolution of necessity.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED the Council hereby orders the preparation of detailed plans
and specifications by the City engineer for those properties which arc identified in the resolution
of necessity passed this the 23'd day of February,2009.
