RESOLUTION 08-36
APPROVING THE CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION
FOR THE RIDGE POINTE PARK PAVILION PROJECT
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,Regency Commercial has completed the improvements for the Ridge
Pointe Park Pavilion Project;AND,
WHEREAS,the City Engineering Technician and Code Compliance Officer have
reviewed the improvements on the Ridge Pointe Park Pavilion Project and have
confirmed that said improvements constructed as a part of this project are in general
conformance with the Standard Specifications and the Building Code of the City of
Waukee;AND,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 25th day of February 2008 that it hereby approves the Certificate of
Completion for the Ridge Pointe Park Pavilion Project.
