RESOLUTION 07-06
APPROVING THE MAYOR'S APPOINTMENT OF CERTAIN MUNICIPAL
OFFICERS FOR THE YEAR 2007
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee is a duly organized municipality within Dallas County;
AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee must annually appoint individual to the positions of
Chief of Police,Fire Chief,and City Health Officer;AND,
WHEREAS,Mayor William F.Peard has reappointed the following municipal officers
for calendar year 2007:
Chief of Police
Fire Chief
City Health Officer
Larry J.Phillips
Clint Robinson
Dennis D.Dowell
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Waukee,Iowa does
hereby approve the mayor's appointment of certain municipal officers for the Year 2007,
this day the 8th of January 2007.
