RESOLUTION 07-20
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR
PAINTED WOODS PLAT 2
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved the Final
Plat for Painted Woods Plat 2 on December 19,2006;AND,
WHEREAS,the Final Plat for Painted Woods Plat 2 is in general conformance with
§303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa in session this s"day of January 2007 that the Final Plat for Painted Woods Plat 2
is hereby approved,subject to City Council approval of a development agreement to
address 1,,=,regarding previously constructed sewerad?
