RESOLUTION 07-15
APPROVING A PROPOSAL FROM VEENSTRA &KIMM,INC.,FOR THE
UNIVERSITY AVENUE PAVEMENT IMPROVEMENTS ALICE'S ROAD TO LA
GRANT P ARKW AY PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City is considering construction of improvements to University Avenue
pavement from Alice's Road to L.A.Grant Parkway;AND,
WHEREAS,the City desires to proceed with the design and preparation of the plans and
specification for the Project;AND,
WHEREAS,the City desires to retain the Veenstra &Kimm,Inc.as engineers to provide
engineering design and construction services on the Project;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council that the City of
Waukee hereby approves retaining Veenstra &Kimm,Inc.for Professional Engineering Services
for University Avenue Pavement Improvements for Alice's Road to LA Grant Parkway.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 8TH day of January
2007.
