RESOLUTION 07-10
APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR WAUKEE MIDDLE SCHOOL
ADDITION AND RENOVATION
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved the Site
Plan for Waukee Middle School Addition and Renovation on December 19,2006;
AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for Waukee Middle School Addition and Renovation is in
general conformance with §304 -Site Plan Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa that the Site Plan for Waukee Middle School Addition and Renovation be
approved on this s"day of January 2007 subject to the dedication of 17 feet of
additional right-of-way for future widening of Warrior Lane,and provided that the
possible need for realigmnent of the driveway egress/ingress along the northern edge of
the western parking lot is explored during the planning stages of the future widening of
Warrior Lane.
