RESOLUTION 07-27 IAPPROVINGTHE2007IAMUMUTUALAIDPROGRAMAGREEMENT
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,IAMU offers a mutual aid program for its electric,gas and telecommunications
members;AND,
WHEREAS,the purpose of the agreement is to establish a clear legal framework for the existing
mutual aid program;AND,
WHEREAS,the Utility Information form provides the mutual aid coordinator information about
each participating utility's available resources that may be utilized during an emergency;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council that the City of
Waukee hereby approves the 2007 IAMU Mutual Aid Program Agreement.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the nnd day of January
2007,
