RESOLUTION 07-34
APPROVING A PROPOSAL FROM VEENSTRA &KIMM,INC.,TO PROVIDE
PROJmSSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR THE V AVENUE
IMPROVEMENTS,312TH PLACE TO ASHWORTH ROAD
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City is considering construction of the construction of temporary improvements
to V Aveneue from 312'h Place to Ashworth Road;AND,
WHEREAS,the City desires to proceed with the limited design and preparation of the plans and
specification for the Project;AND,
WHEREAS,the City desires to retain the Veenstra &Kimm,Inc.as engineers to provide
engineering design and construction services on the Proj ect;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council that the City of
Waukee hereby approves retaining Veenstra &Kimm,Inc.for Professional Engineering Services
for the V Avenue improvements from 3 12th Place to Ashworth Road.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 22nd day of January
2007.
