RESOLUTION 07-31
CORRECTING THE TERM LENGTHS FOR CERTAIN APPOINTEES TO THE
UTILITIES COMMITTEE FOR THE YEAR 2007
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas County;
AND,
WHEREAS,on January 8,2007,Mayor William F.Peard appointed and the City Council
approved the reappointment of Dan Fischer and Jolm Werner to the Utilities Committee for the
Year 2007 for a one (1)year term ending on December 31,2007 (Resolution #07-07);AND,
WHEREAS,due to a City staff error,Mr.Fischer and Mr.Werner were to have been appointed
for the Year 2007 for a three (3)year term ending on December 31,2009;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this
22nd day of January 2007 that it hereby approves the resolution correcting the term length for
Dan Fischer and John Werner to the Utilities Committee for the Year 2007 to a three (3)year
term ending on December 31,2009.
