RESOLUTION 07-29
APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE OWNER AND ARCHITECT
FOR THE RIDGE POINTE PARK PAVILION
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is a duly orgauized municipality within Dallas
County;AND,
WHEREAS,Regency Land Development Services has agreed to fund the construction
of a pavilion in Ridge Pointe Park as part of the plat approval for Williams Pointe Plat 4,
aud in agreement with Waukee Municipal Code §303.157(D)regarding neighborhood
park improvements;AND,
WHEREAS,on October 2,2006 and December 11,2006,the City Council approved
resolutions related to the design,piau and funding of the proposed pavilion (Resolutions
#06-173,#06-245);AND,
WHEREAS,a Form of Agreement between the Owner (City of Waukee)and Architect
(RDG Planning &Design)has been reviewed by City staff and the City Attorney,who
recommend approval of the agreement.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 22nd day of January 2007 that it hereby approves the Staudard Form of
Agreement between Owner and Architect for the design of Ridge Pointe Park Pavilion.
