RESOLUTION 07-30
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN DOCUMENTS ON BEHALF OF THE
CITY OF WAUKEE RELATED TO THE SALE OF 14705 SE UNIVERSITY AVE.
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County;AND,
WHEREAS,on January 8,2007,the Waukee City Council held a public hearing
pursuant to Iowa Code §364.7 regarding the sale of property at 14705 SE University
Ave.;AND,
WHEREAS,after consideration of bids received,the City Council approved the sale of
said property to Troy A.Skinner in the amount of$10,100.00 (Resolution #07-01);
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 22nd day of January 2007 that it hereby authorizes Mayor William F.Peard to
sign any and all documents on behalf of the City of Waukee as they relate to the sale of
property at 14705 SE University Ave .
