RESOLUTION 07-23
APPROVING THE CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION
FOR THE 2006 SEWER LINING PROJECT
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,Municipal Pipe Tool Co.,Inc.,has completed the 2006 Sewer Lining
Project for the City of Waukee;AND,
WHEREAS,City Engineers have reviewed the improvements constructed on the 2006
Sewer Lining Project and have confirmed that said improvements constructed as a part of
this project are in general conformance with the Standard Specifications of the City of
Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this nnd day of January 2007 that it hereby approves the Certificate of
Completion for the 2006 Sewer Lining Project.
