RESOLUTION 07-22
APPROVAL OF PROCEDURES FOR THE SALE OF PUBLIC WORKS
DEPARTMENT EQUIPMENT
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa,is a duly organized municipality within Dallas County;
AND,
WHEREAS,the Public Works Department desires to pursue the sale of equipment,described as
follows:
1)1988 Ford F-800 Dump Truck with snowplow and sander
(VIN #IFDPK84A4SVA56159),and
2)1985 International Dump Truck with snowplow (VIN #IHTLOMYPZGHAI0941);
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on
this the 22nd day of January 2007 that it hereby directs the City Administrator/Clerk to publish
notice of the solicitation of offers for Public Works Department equipment as described above.
Attest:
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that February 5,2007 at 2:00 p.m.shall be set as the date and
time for receipt of offers therefore and that February 12,2007 shall be the date at which the City
will consider the sale of such equipment.
