RESOLUTION 07-41
APPROVING MARCH 5,2007 AS THE DATE FOR A PUBLIC HEARING ON
THE PROPOSED FY2008 BUDGET
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee began the review of budgetary needs for FY08 in
December 2006 with a budget planning session for department heads;AND,
WHEREAS,the City Administrator working with department heads created a proposed
FY08 budget;AND,
WHEREAS,the City Administrator presented the proposed FY08 budget to the Mayor
and City Council Members during workshop sessions on January 29,2007 and February
5th,2007;AND,
WHEREAS,the proposed FY08 budget now thoroughly reviewed by the Waukee City
Council is ready to be presented for public scrutiny and review.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 12'h day of February 2007 that it hereby approves setting March 5th,2007 as
the date for public hearing on the proposed Fiscal Year 2008 Budget.
