RESOLUTION 07-42
APPROVAL OF AND AUTHORIZING STAFF TO SEND REQUESTS FOR
PROPOSALS FOR DESIGN SERVICES FOR THE CITY OF WAUKEE SPORTS
COMPLEX
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa,is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County;AND,
WHEREAS,as Waukee's population continues to increase,so do the demands for
recreational and sports facilities for both residents and visitors alike;AND,
WHEREAS,the City Council desires to meet such current and future recreational needs
through the design and establishment of a city sports complex;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this lth day of February 2007 that it hereby approves and authorizes City staff to
send requests for proposals for design services for the City of Waukee Sports Complex.
