RESOLUTION 07-43
APPROVAL OF AND AUTHORIZING STAFF TO SEND REQUESTS FOR
PROPOSALS FOR CITY OF WAUKEE FY07,FY08 &FY09 AUDIT SERVICES
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa,is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee is required to have an annual audit prepared by an
outside entity;AND,
WHEREAS,the City Council desires to solicit proposals for the City of Waukee audit
services for FY07,FY08 and FY09;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 26th day of February 2007 that it hereby approves and authorizes City staff to
send requests for proposals for City of Waukee FY07,FY08 &FY09 Audit Services.
