RESOLUTION 07-46
APPROVING THE DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR PAINTED WOODS
PLATS 2 AND 3
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,on January 8,2007,the Waukee City Council approved the [mal plats for
Painted Woods Plats 2 and 3 (Resolution #07-20,#07-21);AND,
WHEREAS,since the City Council approval of the final plats,City staff has worked
with Stanbrough Land Development Services regarding a development agreement for
both plats,which is attached to this resolution and made a part hereof;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa in session this 26th day of February 2007 that it hereby approves the Development
Agreement for Painted Woods Plats 2 and 3,subject to signatures from official
representatives of the developer being obtained on the Development Agr ment.
