RESOLUTION 07-49
APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR FARRELL'S MARTIAL ARTS PHASE II
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved the Site
Plan for Farrell's Martial Arts Phase II on February 27,2007;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for Farrell's Martial Arts Phase II is in general conformance
with §304 -Site Plan Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa that the Site Plan for Farrell's Martial Arts Phase II be approved on this 5th day of
March 2007,provided that on or before five (5)years from the date of the approval of
Phase II,the easternmost elevation shall be made to conform relative to exterior surface
materials as used on the westernmost elevation of the building,or that Phase III shall be
completed in accordance with City ordinances,with the property owner able to request
of the City Council an extension of the five-year provision if needed.
