RESOLUTION 07-52
APPROVING CONTRACT #113373 -FIRM THROUGHPUT SERVICE AGREEMENT
BETWEEN NORTHERN NATURAL GAS COMPANY AND THE CITY OF WAUKEE
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa,is a duly organized municipality within Dallas County;
AND,
WHEREAS,on April 3,2006,the City and Northern Natural Gas Company entered into a
Precedent Agreement regarding the construction of a TBS at a location near Granger,and for a
transportation capacity agreement to be executed at a later date (Resolution #06-55);AND,
WHEREAS,Contract #113373 -Firm Throughput Service Agreement,addresses additional
capacity and extends the existing transportation agreement for five (5)years;AND
WHEREAS,City staff have reviewed the agreement and find it to be agreeable;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council on this,the 12'11
day of March,that Contract #113373 -Firm Throughput Service Agreement between Northern
Natural Gas Company and the City of Waukee is hereby approved.]
