RESOLUTION 07-54
APPROVING CONTRACT #111748 -AMENDMENT TO TF THROUGHPUT SERVICE
AGREEMENT BETWEEN NORTHERN NATURAL GAS COMPANY AND THE CITY
OF WAUKEE
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa,is a duly organized municipality within Dallas County;
AND,
WHEREAS,on April 3,2006,the City and Northern Natural Gas Company entered into a
Precedent Agreement regarding the construction of a TBS at a location near Granger,and for a
transportation capacity agreement to be executed at a later date (Resolution #06-55);AND,
WHEREAS,Contract #111748 -Amendment to 'IF Firm Throughput Service Agreement,
extends the existing transportation agreement for 105 MMBtu per day (winter)and 74 MMBtu
per day (summer);AND
WHEREAS,City staff have reviewed the agreement and find it to be agreeable;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council on this,the 12'h
day of March,that Contract #11l748 -Amendment to TF Firm Throughput Service Agreement
between Northern Natural Gas Company and the City of Waukee is hereby approved.
