RESOLUTION 07-57
APPROVAL OF AND AUTHORIZING STAFF TO SEND REQUESTS FOR
PROPOSALS FOR CITY OF WAUKEE BANKING SERVICES
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa,is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee is required to do business with a reputable financial
institution who can meet all the requirements ofIowa Code Chapter 12C ;AND,
WHEREAS,the City Council desires to solicit proposals for the City of Waukee banking
services for FY08,FY09 and FYI 0,with a possible three year extension;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 19th day of March 2007 that it hereby approves and authorizes City staff to
send requests for proposals for City of Waukee Banking Services.
