THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
RESOLUTION 07-63
APPROVING FREE GREENS FEES AT SUGAR CREEK MUNICIPAL GOLF COURSE
FOR FULL-TIME AND PART-TIME CITY EMPLOYEES,MEMBERS OF CITY
BOARDS AND ELECTED OFFICIALS
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,on June 5,2006,the City Council approved free greens fees at Sugar Creek
Municipal Golf Course for full-time and part-time City employees and members of city boards,
with all other fees remaining at full price (Resolution #06-120);AND,
WHEREAS,the City Council has reviewed records from Sugar Creek Municipal Golf Course
detailing use of the free greens fees,including total numbers of paying guests accompanying
employees or members of city boards,and sees fit to continue the policy;AND,
WHEREAS,the City Council has determined that this benefit should be extended to the City of
Waukee elected officials;.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on
this the 19th day of March 2007 that free greens fees for full-time and part-time City employees
and members of city boards is hereby approved;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,that free greens fees for City of Waukee elected officials is
also approved effective January 1,2008 following the next regular municipal e ections.
