RESOLUTION 07-60
APPROVING THE REVISED CONSTRUCTION PLANS FOR
WILLIAMS POINTE PLAT 13
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHERAS,the City Council of the City of Waukee approved construction plans for
Williams Pointe Plat 13 on October 2,2006 (Resolution #06-195);AND,
WHEREAS,revised construction plans for Williams Pointe Plat 13 have been submitted
to the City;AND,
WHEREAS,the revised construction plans have been reviewed by the City Engineer and
City staff,who find them to be in general conformance with the Design Standards set
forth by the City of Waukee;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa that the Revised Construction Plans for Williams Pointe Plat 13 are approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa and approved the 19th day of
March 2007.
