RESOLUTION 07-59
APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR
WILLIAMS POINTE PLAT 14
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved the
Preliminary Plat for Williams Pointe Plat 14 on February 27,2007 subject to remaining
staff conunents including the construction of a 12"water main from SE Brick Drive to
the western property line of the Plat;AND,
WHEREAS,the Preliminary Plat for Williams Pointe Plat 14 is in general conformance
with section §303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code subject
to the inclusion of a 12"water main from SE Brick Drive to the western property line of
the Plat;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa on this 19th day of March 2007 that the Preliminary Plat for Williams Pointe Plat 14
is approved subj ect to the inclusion of a 12"water main from SE Brick Drive to the
western property line of the Plat.
