RESOLUTION 07-73
APPROVING THE CONSTRUCTION PLANS FOR
WILLIAMS POINTE PLAT 14
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State oflowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,construction plans have been submitted to the City for Williams Pointe Plat
14;AND,
WHEREAS,the construction plans have been reviewed by the City Engineer and City
staff,and are found4to be in general conformance with the Design Standards set forth by
the City of Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa that the Construction Plans for Williams Pointe Plat 13 be approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa and approved the 2nd day of
April 2007.
