RESOLUTION 07-85
APPROVING PAYMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF $118,104.52 TO IOWA
COMMUNITIES ASSURANCE POOL (ICAP)FOR THE CITY'S LIABILITY AND
PROPERTY INSURANCE EFFECTIVE 4/1/2007 THROUGH 3/31/2008.
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the Waukee City Council entered into a three agreement with ICAP in April 2005;
AND,
WHEREAS,this is the third and [mal year of that rate freeze agreement;AND,
WHEREAS,the payment of $118,104.52 is due and payable for the policy period 4/112007
through 3/3112008.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on
this the 30th day of Apri12007 that it hereby approves payment in the amount of$118,104.52 to
Iowa Communities Assurance Pool (lCAP)for the City's Liability and Property insurance,
effective 41112007 through 313112008.
