RESOLUTION 07-83
APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR SHERWIN WILLIAMS
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the Waukee City Council approved the Site Plan for Sherwin Williams on
December 4,2006 (Resolution #06-241);AND,
WHEREAS,a revised Site Plan for Sherwin Williams was submitted to the City,and
the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved the Site Plan for
Sherwin Williams on April 24,2007;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for Sherwin Williams is in general conformance with §304-
Site Plan Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code,as well as the Arterial Corridor
Overlay District;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council ofthe City of Waukee,
Iowa that the Revised Site Plan for Sherwin Williams be approved on this 30th day of
April 2007 subject to a new ingress/egress easement and water main easement being
provided for approval.
