RESOLUTION 07-89
APPROVING AN AGREEMENT WITH VEENSTRA &KIMM,INC.,RELATED TO
L.A.GRANTPARKWAY/v AVENUE IMPROVEMENTS
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City is considering construction of temporary improvements to a portion of
L.A.Grant Parkway/V Avenue;AND,
WHEREAS,such temporary improvements include an asphalt overlay with a depth of 3-4
inches;AND,
WHEREAS,the City desires to retain the services of Veenstra &Kimm,Inc.as engineers to
provide engineering services and bidding documents for the desired improvements;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council ofthe City of Waukee,Iowa on
this the 7'h day of May 2007 that it hereby approves an agreement with Veenstra &Kimm,Inc.,
related to L.A.Grant Parkway/V Avenue Improvements.
