RESOLUTION 07-102
APPROVAL OF ACCEPTING THE BID FOR DESIGN SERVICES FOR THE CITY
OF WAUKEE SPORTS COMYLEX
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,on February 12,2007,the Waukee City Council approved a request for
proposals for design services for the City of Waukee Sports Complex and directed City staff
to send the request (Resolution #07-42);AND,
WHEREAS,on May 17,2007,the Park and Recreation Board interviewed certain companies
that had submitted proposals;AND,
WHEREAS,the Park and Recreation Board and City staff recommend the proposal and bid
submitted by RDG Planning &Design be accepted and approved;AND,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session
this 21 st day of May 2007 that the proposal and bid submitted by RDG Planning &Design to
provide design services for the City of Waukee Sports Complex is hereby accepted and
approved.
