RESOLUTION 07-99
APPROVING A DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN LEMAR KOETHE AND
THE CITY OF WAUKEE RELATED TO ALICE'S ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a dilly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,LeMar Koethe and the Waukee City staff have come to mutual terms on a
development agreement related to the conveyance of property for the extension of Alice's Road
and right-of-way;AND
WHEREAS,City staff recommends approval ofthe development agreement;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee in
session this 21st day of May,that it hereby approves the Development Agreement between
LeMar Koetbe and the City of Waukee related to Alice's Road Right-of-Way.
