RESOLUTION 07-100
APPROVING THE CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS FOR
SOUTHFORK WOODS PLAT 1,LOT 8
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,construction drawings have been submitted to the City concerning
Southfork Woods Plat I,Lot 8;AND,
WHEREAS,the construction drawings have been reviewed by the City Engineer and
City staff,and are found to be in general conformance with the Design Standards set forth
by the City of Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa that the Construction Drawings for Southfork Woods Plat 1,Lot 8 are approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa and approved the 21 st day of
May 2007.
