APPROVING THE CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION
FOR HEMINGWAY PLAT 1
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,McAninch,Inc.,has completed the improvements for Hemingway Plat I
for Boardwalk Development;AND,
WHEREAS,the City Engineering Technician has reviewed the improvements on
Hemingway Plat I and has confirmed that said improvements constructed as a part of this
project are in general conformance with the Standard Specifications of the City of
Waukee;AND,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 4th day of December 2006 that it hereby approves the Certificate of
Completion for Hemingway Plat 1.
