RESOLUTION 06-241
APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR SHERWIN WILLIAMS
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved the Site
Plan for Sherwin Williams on November 14,2006;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for Sherwin Williams is in general conformance with §304 -
Site Plan Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code,as well as the Arterial Corridor
Overlay District;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa that the Site Plan for Sherwin Williams be approved on this 4th day of December
2006.
