RESOLUTION 06-240
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR
WAUKEE VISTA COMMERCIAL PARK
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved the Final
Plat for Waukee Vista Commercial Park on October 24,2006;AND,
WHEREAS,the Final Plat for Waukee Vista Commercial Park is in general
conformance with §303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa in session this 4th day of December 2006 that the Final Plat for Waukee Vista
Commercial Park is hereby approved,provided that sidewalks shall be constructed
along Laurel Street across all lots of the plat when the lots abutting either end of the plat
have constructed sidewalks,or at the request of the City of Waukee.
