RESOLUTION 06-239 I
APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR
WAUKEE VISTA COMMERCIAL PARK
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State oflowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved the
Preliminary Plat for Waukee Vista Commercial Park on October 24,2006;AND,
WHEREAS,the Preliminary Plat for Waukee Vista Commercial Park is in general
conformance with section §303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal
Code;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa on this the 4th day of December 2006 that the Preliminary Plat for Waukee Vista
Commercial Park is hereby approved.
