RESOLUTION 06-251 1
APPROVING THE WATER SERVICE AGREEMENT BETWEEN MIDWEST
COUNTRY ESTATES AND THE CITY OF WAUKEE
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORJTY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the owner of Midwest Country Estates approached the City of Waukee with some
IDNR issues affecting their site;AND,
WHEREAS,Midwest Country Estates is required by January to have a certified operator for
testing,sampling,and the reporting of their water system;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee has the staff to perform the testing,sampling,and reporting of
the Midwest Country Estates water system;AND,
WHEREAS,the City will charge Midwest Country Estates $1,500 per month for basic water
operation services and any additional work will be billed out at $45.00/hour,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session thisis"Day of December 2006 that it hereby approves the Water Service Agreement with Midwest
Country Estates.
