RESOLUTION 06-250
APPROVING THE PERPETUAL STORM SEWER EASEIVlENT CONVEYED FROM
WINDFIELD DEVELOPIVlENT II,t,c,ON LOTS 16,17 AND 18 OF WINDFIELD II,
PLAT 3 TO THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,Windfield Development II,L.C.,a limited liability company,is the owner of Lots
16,17 and 18 of Windfield II,Plat 3;AND,
WHEREAS,Windfield Development II,L.c.proposes to make storm sewer improvements
within Lots 16,17 and 18 of Windfield II Plat 3 in lieu of an existing concrete flume currently
located on the property;AND,
WHEREAS,the easement has been reviewed by city staff,Veenstra &Kimm,Inc.and the City
Attorney and no discrepancies were noted.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this
18th Day of December 2006 that it hereby approves the Perpetnal Storm Sewer Easement from
Windfield Development II,L.c.across Lots 16,17 and 18 ofWindfield II,P t 3.
