RESOLUTION 08-10
APPROVING THE EMPLOYMENT OF FIRE CHIEF FOR THE
CITY OF WAUKEE
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,on September 10,2007,the Waukee City Council approved the job
description and salary range for the position of Fire Chief,and directed City staffto begin
the process of filling said position (Resolution #07-183);AND,
WHEREAS,it is desirable to establish the terms and conditions under which the Fire
Chief will be employed;AND
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this ih day of January,2007,that Clint H.Robinson should be and the same is
hereby appointed as Fire Chief effective February 2,2008,and shall be responsible for
the duties of the Fire Chief,subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Letter of
Intent of Employment,to be kept on file in the employee's personnel file.
