RESOLUTION 08-15 'I
APPROVING THE APPOINTMENT OF A CITIZEN MEMBER TO THE
BOARD OF APPEALS FOR A TERM TO END JUNE 30,2011
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,an opening on the Board of Appeals was created with the approval of the
employment of Clint Robinson as Fire Chief (Resolution #08-10);AND,
WHEREAS,the mayor shall appoint or reappoint citizen members to the City's various boards,
commissions and committees;AND,
WHEREAS,Mayor William Peard appoints Dan Wood to the Board of Appeals in order to fill
the unexpired term of Clint Robinson;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on
this 21"day of January,2008,that it hereby approves the appointment of Dan Wood to the )
Board of Appeals for a term to end June 30,2011.
