RESOLUTION 08-14
APPROVING THE CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION
FOR SHERWIN WILLIAMS
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORiTY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,Waukee Partners Partnership has completed the improvements for Sherwin
Williams;AND,
WHEREAS,the City Engineering Technician has reviewed the improvements on
Sherwin Williams and has confinned that said improvements constructed as a part of this
project are in general conformance with the Standard Specifications of the City of
Waukee;AND,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 21 st day of January,2008,that it hereby approves the Certificate of
Completion for Sherwin Williams.
