Approving plans,specifications,forms of contract and estimate of cost for
the North 6th Street Sewer Project
WHEREAS,due to the cost of the project falling below the bid threshold,a public
hearing was not required by City Council on the detailed plans,specifications,forms of
contract and estimate of cost (the "Contract Documents")for the proposed North 6th
Street Sewer Project (the "Project");
NOW,THEREFORE,IT IS RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Waukee,Iowa,as follows:
Section 1.The Contract Documents referred to in the preamble hereof are
hereby finally approved,and the prior action of the Council approving them is hereby
finally confirmed contingent upon the City Attorney's review of the revised contract to
ensure that it reflects that each City is responsible only for payments for work performed
within the City's jurisdiction,and the Project,as provided for in the Contract Documents,
is necessary and desirable.
Section 2.All resolutions or parts of resolutions 111 conflict herewith are
hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
